Aforementioned machines will be used with supervision from our in-house professionals who have received extensive training from the respective manufacturers and are given certificates to operate the equipment. Users are not allowed to use and operate the equipment without the presence or supervision of our in-house trained professionals.

The user agrees to use the equipment at his/her own risk. It is the user’s responsibility to acquaint him/herself with any risks associated with his/her physical, mental or any medical condition, as well as any side effects or risks associated with the medications they are taking, and to consult a medical practitioner if in doubt. Furthermore, it is important to note that we cannot be held responsible for any health issues you may have, and we cannot be held responsible for deterioration in any ailments you have.

Guest Policy

  1. Welcome to Cellfitt. We’re glad you are here. We hope to be with you on your journey to a healthier life. If you have any questions or concerns during your visit pls approach any of our staff, who will be happy to attend to you.

  2. All guests must be at least 18 years of age and must present a valid photo ID when signing in at the front desk each time enter Cellfitt.

  3. If a guest refuses to sign in, he/she will not be allowed to use any part of the facility for any reason (due to liability restraints).

  4. Cellfitt management reserves the right to refuse guests’ non- compliance of policy no. 1 above.

  5. Guests must settle full payment for the use of the facility, whether on single visit or multi-visit membership package, which must be used within the period specified in the purchase agreement. In case guests need to request extension, this must be done in writing (ex. email). Final decision is subject to Cellfitt’s discretion. Payments are non-refundable.

  6. For first-time registration at the front desk, guests must provide full disclosure of health conditions and chronic ailments, chronic or otherwise). If needed, guests must provide a medical certification from their primary medical professionals which states that the guest (user) had secured clearance medical prior to his/her use of the facility’s equipment. Failure to do so may result in Cellfitt management declining guests’ entry to and use of the facility.

  7. Prior to using the facility, all guests must change to proper workout attire. If unsure, pls check with the front desk for guidance.

  8. Guests must adhere to the facility’s Protocols and Procedures at all times, and must not use any of the equipment without the presence or supervision of the facility’s in-house trained professional. This policy is strictly enforced for the safety of all guests and staff.

  9. Guests will use the facility at their own risk. Cellfitt will not be held responsible for injuries or lost/stolen property.
