1. Personal information and other data collected. Personal data as defined in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of Singapore (PDPA) 2012 refers to data about an individual who can be identified either from that particular data, or from that data and other information which we have or likely have access to. Commonly collected personal data of our users (customers) include, amongst other things, names, addresses, phone (landline and mobile) numbers, e-mail addresses, national identification numbers, nationalities, dates of birth, and credit card information.

   • Enter into business-to-business transactions with us such as engaging services for health and fitness in relation to our existing biotech-based equipment, engage in a franchise and/or purchase equipment for home use.

   • Make an enquiry about our services/products on our website and/or our social media pages by submitting your information details to us.

   • Apply for a job position by submitting your information details to us.

   • Through other means (for example, from your application and grant claim forms, telephone calls, e-mails, and other communications with us, as well as from grant claim investigators, or other third parties involved
     in our work dealings with you).

   Personal data refers to any information that can uniquely identify an individual person (a) on its own, or (b) when combined with other information. Under the PDPA, business contact information (e.g. full name, business address, business telephone number) is not considered personal data so long as it is used strictly for business-to-business (B2B) transactions.

3. Use of Personal Data. We collect personal data from our existing and prospective users (customers) and employees for various reasons. Without limitation, these purposes include:

   • Communicating with you and others as part of our business.

   • Providing products and services to you and administering, maintaining managing, and operating such products and/or services including any renewals.

   • Processing, assessing, and determining any requests made by you on our products or services.

   • Any purposes in connection with any claims made under any grants or in respect of any services provided by Cellfitt Pte Ltd, without
     limitation, making, analysing, processing, assessing, determining or responding to such claims.

   • Performing any functions and activities related to the products and/or services provided by Cellfitt Pte Ltd including but without limitation to obtaining quotations and proposals, auditing, reporting and general servicing and maintenance of the products and/or services.

   • Facilitating social media sharing functionality.

   • Resolving complaints and handling requests for data access or correction.

4. Retention. We will retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary in order to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by the prevailing relevant laws.

5. Who We Disclose Your Personal Data To. We do not sell, exchange, trade or offer personal information to outside parties. However, this does not include trusted third parties where we are using third parties’ software to hold your information, generate report/s, for marketing purposes, and send promotion emails, so long as those parties agree to keep your information confidential.

6. Third Party Links. Our website may contain links to other sites. Other sites have separate and independent privacy policies. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites and we have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by our website. This Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, information, or other practices of any third parties. Any inclusion of a link on the Cellfitt website and associated mobile applications does not imply endorsement of the linked site or service by us. Please note that we are not responsible for the collection, usage and disclosure policies and practices (including the information security practices) of other organisations such as, but not limited to, Facebook®, Twitter®, Apple®, Google®, Microsoft®, RIM/Blackberry® or any other app developer, app provider, social media platform provider, operating system provider, wireless service provider or electronic device manufacturer, including any Personal Information you disclose to other organisations through or in connection with Cellfitt Pte Ltd.

7. Security. Cellfitt Pte Ltd will protect your personal data with appropriate technical, physical, legal, and organisational measures. While the transference of electronic data over the Internet has inherent risks, we will use reasonable precautions to ensure your personal data is not subject to unnecessary risks.

8. Changes To This Privacy Policy.  Cellfitt Pte Ltd will update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If material changes are made to this Privacy Policy, they will be posted on our website and date stamped. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy page on our website periodically in order for you to stay notified and updated of any changes.

9. User Consent. By agreeing to how we collect your personal data (please refer to “How we collect your personal data section), you consent to our privacy policy and allow us to collect or use your personal information in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of Singapore (PDPA) 2012.
